The SEC's Attempt to Kill Crypto
The Securities and Exchange Commission basically took aim at the two biggest exchanges that are left standing in the wake of FTX. The SEC is saying, something which it has been saying quite consistently for some months now but it's now saying it in the form of an official complaint. Realistically speaking, if crypto exchanges are illegal then it's really hard to make them available to Americans.
