Putin's Plan to Attack the Zaparicia Nuclear Power Plant
Poppy and Phyllis, he emphasized the significance of the fact that Putin back down. They say they have no idea where pre-gosian is so they don't know what's going to happen to these Wagner forces on the front lines. The question I think Russia is struggling with is the problem of attribution because of course they don't want to be blamed for causing another nuclear disaster. So I think they're struggling to find a way to perform it as a false flag operation or something else that would not be directly attributable to them.
