I want to poke your brain on this and the church pulse weekly podcast, the other one I had John with David Kineman. And you shared the concept of green light, yellow light and red light people after the pandemic. Can you explain that paradigm and then talk about now that we're moving into post pandemic era, whether any of that is still applicable? Yeah. This probably came out of one of those kind of times where I got away and started kind of dreaming going like, okay, help me make sense out of this thing.
