The Runaway Convention Argument

The argument against a convention of states is that it would lead to the loss of rights. The idea comes from chief justice warren burger, who signed on to and voted for roverses wade in 19 73. It's called the 'runaway convention argument', which means there will be no control over what happens at such an event.
