Carnival Zone Act Two: A Water Level

Every single zone I believe except for Marble Garden has water in it at some stage. Ice cap does, but only to kill you, I think. In this game, you keep coming up with things to do. You feel like you're in a real world and a real place. If the game isn't going to punish you, then why not experiment? Why not? It's just something to do.
