The Supreme Court Will Strike Down the Hijab Ban

This year is going to see the assembly elections for Karnataka. While I'm not going to get into predicting who is going to form the government in Karnataka, the other implication that I see is for the hijab ban or the hijab judgment which came into play last year. And we hope that there will be a larger bench constituted. So when looking to it from that aspect and looking at it from minority rights point of view, I think there is a definite case for the hijab Ban to be lifted.
