The Peer Reviewer, Doctor Moon?

People have faked this and been their own pier reviewer, which is not how it works. He was lazy though, as the thing like, i don't know that he would have been found out if he hadn't been um careless,. Because he was returning the reviews within like, 24 hours. Sometimes. A pure view, like a real am study should take, i would guess weeks, if not months. And the sky was leady.
