When you are very outward and like descriptive in your, your ends and pretty forceful, you attract a particular type of person. It's almost, it almost comes down to like extrinsic versus intrinsic. You through authenticity, you think that you'll attract those more intrinsically motivated people where whether naturally or over time the incentives and expectations that come about or emerge are more aligned with the ends than what otherwise gets creative through like the marketing force.
