Greece is now seen by the international community as a responsible, more or less decently run country that you can invest in. In fact, there's been a post-stream of quite lucrative foreign investments made into Greece. And I think he has deserved these four years that he's about to get. It's not to say there aren't plenty of problems still, but it's just to explain why people are feeling quite a bit more bullish about the future in Greece.
