Our Big Dumb Mouth

CHAPTER

Is This Cat Like a Rocket Scientist?

Alex Jones is on vacation or dealing with legal stuff this week, but here's the 24th. Here we go. Anyone that knows anything's got a ragdoll. And I beat black people's brains up and put them in coma. Stuntster, it's a nasty person. The Muslims are coming to rape and kill you and they do it all the time. This cat is like a rocket scientist. You know, damn well, what you're doing, mister and shame on you.

Some good ones in there. I like the no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
Speaker 6
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
Speaker 1
there's something very sing-songy about it. I like that as well.
Speaker 2
This is the last one. This is from the
Speaker 1
24th because Alex Jones is, I guess on vacation or dealing with legal stuff this week, but here's the 24th. Here we
Speaker 4
go. And folks, anybody that knows anything's got a ragdoll. Oh my God, I'll have ragdolls the rest of my life. Hell yeah. And I beat black people's brains up and put them in coma. Stuntster, it's a nasty person. The Muslims are coming to rape and kill you and they do it all the time. I guarantee you, there aren't any black people listening to this show. This cat is like a rocket scientist. You know, damn well, what you're doing, mister and shame
Speaker 5
on you.
Speaker 1
I like the last one. You do damn well what you're doing, mister and shame on you.
Speaker 6
And
Speaker 3
you say this cat is a rocket scientist? That's right.
Speaker 1
You put that cat through college, you
Speaker 2
know? That has several degrees. Yeah, this is my favorite one of the bunch.
Speaker 4
You know, damn well, what you're doing, mister and shame on you.
Speaker 1
And kind of sounds like a tough guy. Peterson.
Speaker 2
I don't think so,
Speaker 6
buddy. But yeah, listen
Speaker 4
up, pal.
Speaker 3
Howly. Okay, buddy. Got an image up of that rocket scientist cat at
Speaker 6
work here.
Speaker 2
Oh, good. Well, before I get to any news
Speaker 1
articles, I wanted to talk a little bit about EMP attacks because I've been listening to that book listening to a book. Sounds weird. Audio book one second after. Now this was recommended by
Speaker 2
Joe
Speaker 1
to. It's good. I'm listening to a dude and it's almost
Speaker 2
addictive to listen
Speaker 1
to because I want to see what happens next. What does the community have to face? What are their solutions to this? So for anybody who doesn't know, there's a book called One Second
Speaker 2
After. And the premise is there is a small community, I believe in North Carolina. That's where
Speaker 1
they're at somewhere in the mountains. And there is an EMP attack and electromagnetic pulse and it shuts down everyone's electricity. And
Speaker 2
so in this small town, they are left to figure
Speaker 1
out what
Speaker 2
are the priorities, who's in charge, what kind of law enforcement will there
Speaker 1
be, what do you do with looters and people who just break the law in general, what are priorities when it comes to
Speaker 2
food. And then there's like,
Speaker 1
you have to deal with not just the immediate needs of the town, but
Speaker 2
then what do you
Speaker 1
do with people who leave the city, people who are essentially refugees that are fleeing large cities or being sent out of these cities by the people in charge there, how do you deal with an influx of 5,000 people to a town that already has 5,000 people that will definitely destabilize the current conditions.
Speaker 2
It's fascinating. It's kind of horrifying to
Speaker 1
listen to. Now
Speaker 2
the person who wrote the book and joke probably
Speaker 1
can, I would think that he would agree with this. It does seem like is an old school Christian Republican. You're talking a lot about patriotism in this book and what it means to be American. There's some of that angle. But so far, the
Speaker 2
situation seemed pretty,
Speaker 1
I would say accurate and convincing that this is kind of how it would play out so much so that they're looking for people currently. I think they're about 14 days in and I'm not really ruining anything, but they're looking for people that know how to build steam engines. They're looking
Speaker 2
for old telephone operators who know how to deal and work a switchboard.
Speaker 1
And all these antiquated skills, antiquated pieces
Speaker 2
of technology are now
Speaker 1
very desirable. They're needed in order to get something going. And they realize that without the phones, everything is left up to speculation and people will start to assume the worst. If there's a direct line of communication,
Speaker 2
there's
Speaker 1
some semblance of
Speaker 2
connection and it grounds people that maybe,
Speaker 1
maybe within a few weeks,
Speaker 2
help will be here. Maybe in a month
Speaker 1
or two, help will be here. But in this situation, in this book, they're pretty much without communication for a few weeks, if not longer. And they've had to track down old tube technology, nothing with a transistor, no solid-stage kind of stuff, just old tubes, vacuum tubes is the way to go. And it's pretty crushing to think that this is a situation that could realistically happen. And the way they put it in the book, it didn't take a lot to occur. And they're still kind of determining where I'm at in the book. They're still trying to determine the exact catalysts behind it. They have some ideas, but it's still rough information.
