The Divergence in Housing Starts
There is still a large spike in housing starts here this week. So I don't think it's just a seasonal adjustment. There are some weird things going on with the seasonal models of COVID. The other thing we're looking at is revisions. These numbers do get revised and there are some anomalies with this number.
