How to Calculate Attrition Rates

In general, attrition is a name for this, like people leaving the company. It can obviously differ among teams or companies. Six people out of a 25-person department in half a year is higher than that. I'm curious how you know they've all been fired for performance reasons. Maybe it says it on their get history, get blame. Or there's ways that someone could have performance problems that are not clear if you work with them as a peer.
