The Elements of Self-Defense

The jury found Ataro wisdom guilty of second degree murder in the death of Anthony Wilson. The 911 call, at least to me, is the final layer that makes me convinced this is not a case of self-defense. We don't know exactly what happened in the moments leading up to the murder,. But stabbing someone so many times, attempting to clean up the scene, stealing the property and leaving doesn't sound like self-defense to me at all.
