i spent a little over 15 years in the us. Intelligence community work ind a range of issues. I do wonder sometimes about how well suited the intelligence communite is to modern policy makers needs. i think one thing that's tat thinthe're a couple of sues with the intelligence community, because a little risk adverse. Sometimes we need people litll ye, even if they're wrong, they'll step up with a innovative or or thoughtful theorythat may not fall with conventional wisdom.
