The company is partnering with major food companies like Prodes andpredue farms to create plant-based protein products. They say they have a better chance of succeeding as an ingredients company by partnering with other companies than trying o or en brand, which are just stuff to do. "I feel very confident that alternative protein is here to stay," says co-founder Mike Cevallos.
