There are 420 of these photons per cubic centimeter, and there's a lot of cubic centimeters in the universe. What we're looking for is not the brightness of the photon, how intense it is but what its polarization is. The origin story goes back again to like a father son rivalry. So I knew for sure he didn't win the Nobel Prize. And I knew I could kind of outdo him.
