People assume they have to do the job as soon as they step into it, rather than appreciating that is ta new role. A lot of managers are taken out of their areas of ex ts and become leaders. It's about being good at interpersonal skills, quite a lot of it. And so suddenly they're out of their comfort zone. They're in a completely new area. But if you don't overcome it overtime, then youd better examine yourself more deeply and try to understand why you can't get get over it.
