The EU's Enablement of Latin America in the G20
The EU has quite a lot to offer Latin America in terms of market and potential amount of leverage. It just seems a little bit like they're enabling them by allowing them to do this. There's partly a resentment of finger wagging at what these countries should do, says David Frum. But there is with some patient diplomacy, there is an opportunity for EU countries.
