Mental health requires scientific breakthroughs and knowledge. Yet there's a whole range of things that people can do to tntun to improve their mental health. For me, i always am enjoyed sport. So staying physically fit is very important for me. I think there was nothing that we suffered from being locked into our homes. We couldn't actually get out into nature and and be exposedwhethere's the beach or the forest,. Or for a walk along the river, or whatever it is.
