How to Help a Runner With Tight Hamstrings

Trying to change the running patterns without addressing the habits behind them that then lead to them, I believe just means that we just go around in circles. So a really good example is someone that sits in office chair all day will often complain of their hamstrings feeling quite tight. If they spend all day in that chair and don't address what they're doing on that front, then you can do as much hamstring stretching or kind of rehabilitation as you like but it won't make any difference when they actually run. And so part of it is starting to, all right, address those habits and those things that went before,. But also then thinking about how we put things into the brain. How
