Kelley: Warby Parker cut their marketing back by 35%, which of course led to lower conversion online. Kelley: In-store sales continue to increase, which I think is interesting because obviously, you know, stores is really where they've been investing pretty heavily in the last couple of years. She says Alberts has had a little bit of a bumpy year just with a few different approaches. Kelley: It shows that they've been trying to go beyond their shoes and that hasn't worked as well as they wanted.
