How to Launch a New Bitcoin 2.0

The consensus rules, decentralization of the network makes sure that over a generation's time I'm still going to have a Bitcoin with the same monetary properties as it had originally. And if you change, if you fork, what it does is, it reduces that durability. It reduces the long term confidence in that asset. So how do you launch this new US Bitcoin 2.0? Do you start then from the Genesis block? Are you going to make it free and fair distribution? These are very fundamental questions to be being a Bitcoin Maximus.
