The Art of Contemplation

I worry about introspection. We're so bombarded and we choose to be bombarded by stuff. I promote something called technoliteracy, which is this idea that just as it took you and I four years or so to learn how to read, we're very deliberate practice. This is part of what we have to learnHow to do. And we may need technological assistance to actually help us do that.
