Is Micro Finance a Way to End Poverty?

The number of women engaged in agriculture falls as these women move into non agricultural self employment. These are small scale jobs, and this is reflected on how they spend their time too. So does this mean that we shouldn't put perhaps so much faith in micro finance as a way to lift people out of extreme poverty? We do not find thathey're earning more money re we see a shift where your earnings are no longer coming from agriculture. But on the whole, we're not seeing higher incomes, higher revenues.
