Kokil: Growth businesses are much more tricky in current market conditions. And business is, without real pricing power, we'll get squeezed. So a pivot to real assets is what we're seeing from a lot of our investors. The world is so uncertain to day, and i think many a time, when there is uncertainty and location, your assumption is do nothing. But with dislocation sometimes comes interesting investing opportunities as well.
