I was rereading your first book ahead of this event, which is the, it breaks a little bit from the other books. You like to win as you're constantly talking about, but then the first book involves certain parts of the labor movement that you think are making very wrong headed strategic decisions. Do you see that approach changing in the labor movement towards something more like what you advocate for? Most unions still are handling their negotiations with very small committees, signing what's called gag rules, gag orders and not being transparent at all about the negotiations.
