Using Concrete Words and Images to Aid Decisions

The more choices we have, the more likely we're able to defer a decision. We find abstraction cognitively difficult so making language more concrete helps us navigate these options. A andandi write about another concept in this chapter around airports are fascinating environments for behavior sience because you can't rely on language.
