The Politics of Time Poverty

The National Lottery Community Fund found that since the beginning of last decade, there's been this ever decreasing willingness for people to get involved in volunteering work. But conversely, they found this renewed appetite based on the sort of crunch of factors such as cost of living crisis and greater need. The question is if people have no brain power to do it, thanks to exactly what we're talking about today, are they going to actually manage to follow through on their good intentions?
