The Prime Minister's Use of the Word Emergency in the Pandemic

The prime minister's authority has taken an absolute hammering. The fact that he felt the need to do a national adres basicly reflected, i think, you know, in acknowledgment that people might not really be listening as hard to him as they used to. And even though we've had u kno big press conferences this week, actually, what happens there anes he gets questions about thingsha, he has done wrong and the shambles in down street rather than being able to get the message across. Both are an acknowledgment that the inner government really feels they've got to get this measures acrossand it hasn't been.
