Are These Plus Loans as Good as the Commercials Say They Are?

The plus loans are what they sound like. They're in addition to a the basic direct loan that you take out. Once you've exhausted the amount that you can take out, you can then borrow through the federal plus loan programme. So eliminating those programmes would really help to put some downward pressure on prices. And we sure certainly shouldn't ask taxpayers then, to to pick up that cost which is what the plus loan programm does.
