Startup Founders - What's Harder Than Being CEO?

It's so much harder. At the beginning, you are every day one or two mistakes away from being out of business. And then you scale through people. You go from early stage certain skill set to growth stage different skill set. Through no fault of anybody, you're bidding people goodbye. I always say unless you have to, you have to start this company that you just see the problem and you are the one to solve it. Otherwise, it's too much of a pain in the ass.
