When you talk about a family-owned business, doesn't matter what the size, where the owner and the CEO are the same person, it's hard to divorce yourself. And so the board's job is to say, okay, this business in order for us to accomplish these investor goals or returns means that we have got to accomplish these things. But it has to be a dispassionate relationship because the reality is for close-ale business owners, when you wrap the legacy and they identity issues into the business, it becomes very, very difficult to analyze this like you would any other investment.
