The Table Group Question - How Do We Behave?

We talk about core values, which is something that Jim Collins talked about. We say there's three other categories that often get mixed in with the core and it dilutes them. The first one is what we call aspirational values. Second is things that are true, which you wish weren't true, and that you have to actually guard against as a culture.
