Companies use personas a lot to define their customers, but they can lead you astray. Every market really is someone who benefits from getting a job done and the job they're trying to get done. So if you start to group your cust ers, rather than personas, you should group them into what we call job beneficiaries. Job executors can be people who are helping the beneficiary get the job done.
