How to Find a Good Supporting Community
Adam: What do you have to say to people that might be in that position who don't feel like they have a good supporting community what are the next steps for them and what do they have to look for. Adam: I think it does boil down to when somebody's vetting a community to make sure that is one of is how do you feel Does it make you feel better or does it make you feeling worse? It's a good barometer of whether it’s a good community yeah I mean the certainly the internet is is a great resource that can also be a source of there can be some real harshness on the internet where people can be there with their own agendas.
