How to Be a Great CEO

Sumner: We all had a remarkably unfair kind of wild card with Bill Campbell who was remarkably generous to a handful of venture firms not just Ben Smart Kleiner many others. He spent time helping these founders be CEOs as I understand it he was still in the management team meeting at Google 10 years after they went public. When you look back on that how do you reflect is there anything that you would have done differently? Sumner: There are plenty of entrepreneurs from previous generations that are not perfect humans and matured along the way right and became different people and different leaders  and you'd like to make that happen.
