When i returned to find a parking fine on the wind screen, i was not in the holiday spirit. I assumed that sending a scan of the ticket to armtrack, the parking company, would resolve matters. Armtrack replied it was irrelevant that i had bought a ticket, as i had a duty of care to display it. Tautious and contractual liability are two different things.
