LZ Granderson: What we're trying to do is look for where the gaps in this irrigation line that are not getting water. LZ: We lead several of these per year that are multi-church workshops, as well as going into churches focused on cultivating leaders or addressing tough topics. He says he's also doing a pastor's learning cohort on gender and sexuality. The book "Every, every body matters" by Jeff Branson comes out October 11.
