CHAPTER

The Law of Attraction - A History of Public Safety

Butler saw all public safety employees as soldiers who might potentially get called in to fight a war against the criminals within their city. He ordered several customized armored cars to enable his officers to get into motorized gun fights with boot leggers. The rear seats were set up back to back with the front seats so that the men in the back could shoot directly at bandits without needing to turn around.
