How to Make the Most of Your Relationship
The third thing we can do to make the most of today and every day is to practice mindfulness. Be present and focused on the moment that you're in rather than worrying about the future or regretting the past. We can try to engage in activities that promote mindfulness, such as yoga or meditation. You can also simply practice sitting quietly for a few minutes at a time,. focusing on your breath and on the sounds and sensations around you.
