Mala. Malaw is about 20, 25 million people and has less than six o thepaedic surgeons in the whole country. We five of those work at the cure hospital. So we a it so that we have lots and lots of needs, and an, a lot of those countries just don't have the man power. They don't have enough doctors for us to hire. Our models is slightly different because we do this from monday to m Monday. And so for volunteers, they come to help and augment what we do. But we do not rely on volunteers a hundred %. Because then, you know, sometime the hospital will be open, thene will be closes
