Is There a Demographic Effect in Vancouver?
Vancouver has a declining fertility rate in b c. In v Vancouver, we have around one point o nine children per woman. And the fourth process that we get here as is purely economic. richer people consume more housing. The only way that i think it's reasonable to counteract these things is to more housing. and all the the other option would be to kick out certain people which since brought a heavy hand in thinking about that end.
