The False Compromism Fallacy

A hasty generalization fallacy is characterized by drawn conclusions about a group of people based on the actions of a few people in that group. A slippery slope fallacy states that one decision will lead to another and then another until you arrive at a conclusion that is either preposterous or terrible. The genetic fallacy states that an argument is untrustworthy because of the background education of the person making that argument.
