How to Map Your Goals to Your OKRs

It's very rare that an organization and a company that we work with, I see like a proper goal tree map for the organization. So your goals are usually not so tactical as like bounce rate and stuff like that. But you have to map it to like the leading metrics. You have to have a goal tree map. They don't have a metric map of how things cascade down. It's actually really interesting because it's like, it sounds obvious, but I don't think that we always think about it that way.
