Last year was a little rough because of natural turnover right people want to leave so we had senior people that were here for two plus years. We went back on the hiring hunt train new people eventually you know they take two three months to kind of get fully up to speed taking that taking on customers and things like that. But no it's in a better place it's an honestly a better place than it was thenlike a year ago. If you asked me three months ago it would have been a different answer.
