The Importance of Leadership in a VC Back Business
The people that are really bringing a good deal of leadership they're doing much more than that. It is a skill set to be able to cover such a wide range of activities you'll get in an early stage business as well obviously you're looking at more building up the finance team as well but that still means quite a lot of hands-on activities so I think there are different characteristics and personalities that suit being in a VC back business versus being in larger organizations.
