Voyager, an exchange that trades on the block chain, is in bankruptcy. F t x sent them essentially an offer on friday that would be a the mechanics of a partial bail out for customers. This morning, voyager responded saying, go screw yourself. It's like as soon as one crack appears in the dam, that's it, all the water comes rushing through.
