The Importance of Predictions for Property Prices
Property prices went bonkers for a few years. Therefore, they have to come back down again by that same amount. We don't know what's going to happen with property prices over the rest of this year or next year. It was certainly nowhere near a peak at the moment because property prices are down 2%, or much bigger in real terms as we discussed. Over the long term, it's better just to buy and hold.
