The Reenactment of the Officer's Death

The photographer is standing on the beach probably closer to the water towards what appears to be a concrete type retaining wall. The land behind that retaining wall rises fairly dramatically, it's fairly steep up to a roadway. There's an X that I'm presuming marks the spot where the man was leaning up against the retaining wall. Now you can actually see from this reenactment, how tall the retaining wall would have been.
