The Bill Repeals TikTok and ByteDance

It's unclear how both TikTok and Google or Apple will be able to enforce this without literally tracking you, which is really weird. If they were smart about this when they wrote this, they wouldn't be going after iTunes or Apple. They would be going after internet service providers within that state in order to block any server traffic to ByteDance and TikTok. Because you can access TikTok on a computer as well. So just going after the app doesn't do anything. You have to block the traffic.
